NCC Infrastructure Holidings Limited is setting up 4 x 660 MW coal based thermal power plant. The following personnel are required for Design and Engineering at their corporate office at Hyderabad. The brief job description is as below: 

To coordinate and to provide technical inputs to consultants and conduct technical scrutiny of all documents regarding, preparation of layouts DPR, tender specifications, tender evaluation, preparation of bill of materials, detailed design and engineering, scrutiny and approval of construction/manufacturer’s drawings, co-ordination with various manufacturers/vendors, inspection of equipment at vendor’s premises, co-ordination of site activities and to sort out field design and engineering bottlenecks. 

DGM/AGM (Civil) 

Qualifications/Experience 
Should be a graduate engineer in Civil Engineering, having atleast 10 years experience in Design, Engineering/Construction of Civil structures of a major project. Should have fairly good knowledge about implementation of a major coal based thermal project. The person who have site experience as well, shall be preferred. 

DGM/AGM (Mechanical) 
Qualification/Experience 
Should be a graduate engineer in Mechanical Engineering, having atleast 10 years experience in Design Engineering/erection of a major thermal project. Should have fairly good knowledge about super critical technology and implementation of a major coal based thermal project. A person having site experience as well , shall be preferred.
                                                                                                                    
DGM/AGM (Electrical)  
Qualifications/Experience 
Should be a graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering, having atleast 10 years experience in Design Engineering of electrical equipments, control and instrumentation of a major thermal project. Should have fairly good knowledge of implementation of a major coal based project. A person having site experience as well , shall be preferred. 

Engineer /Civil/Mechanical/Electrical 
Qualifications/Experience 
Should be graduate engineer in concerned discipline having 1 years experience in Design, Engineering/Construction of major local based project in relevant field. The fresh engineers having fairly good engineering background also be considered.

7. Experience in multi-modal transportation studies (preferable)
8. Knowledge of AASHTO/BS codes and practices (preferable)
9.Experience in EPC/Design-Built environment (preferable)
10. Knowledge of latest products/ technologies available in the market
11.shall review and check the traffic analysis, projections
12.Also review or design interchanges, traffic safety features, toll plaza layout
13.Work on the pattern as per new MCA 47 method and user facilities

Job responsibilities
1.  Overall management of Highway Department.
2.  Establishing & implementing good practices of design
3. Inter-department co-ordination on multi-disciplinary projects
4. Preparation of method statement for design and construction.
5. Guiding team of Highway Design and CAD Operators to deliver projects as per best engineering      practices whilst taking care of time and cost factors.
6. Attend project co-ordination meetings.
7. Quality checks for all submission such as design drawings, calculations, estimations, reports prepared      by design engineers.
8. Site co-ordination and overseeing project execution.
9. Assistance and participation in the company s marketing and business development initiatives.

Desired
Should have professional experience about 15+ years
At least 5 years on projects of similar nature, of which at least one should involve works of four laning/six-laning/expressway or similar project
should have enough knowledge on road safety aspects

Manager / Sr Manager – Business Development (Power)
The Key Areas of Responsibilities of the incumbent would include

• Identify projects (Acquisition / Bid route) that can significantly contribute to Company’s growth and is in
   -line with the overall business strategy of the Company.
• Conceptualize and develop bids for the projects single handedly. (Thorough expertise in preparation
  of RfQ & RfP documentation)
• Support engineering for obtaining various costs for the projects
• Thorough expertise in Financial Engineering including taxation
• Thorough expertise in financial model preparation (Excel)
• Preparation of presentations on various activities of the project, activities of business development
   team etc., to top management.
• Support commercial & contracts for various contract finalization.
• Ably networked to identify EPC contractors / sub-contractors / financing institutions etc., to bid
   for and execution of projects.
• Has thorough expertise in various policies, acts & regulations in regard to the Industry.
• Monitor regulations at regional and country level.
• Identify various risks involved in Project development and also suggest mitigation methods for the same.
• Other routine activities like Preparation of Budget for the BD team, reporting activities etc.,

Desired profile:

  • 20 years +experience in managing /leading development of large(>1000MW)coal based thermal power projects in India.
  • Age group should be 45 -55 years.
  • An effective  communicator with excellent inter personal and managerial skills.
  • Must have handled large teams, team size exceeding 100.
  • Experience with govt statutory bodies and other agencies for Labor Land And Rehabilitation, Water Resources, Coal State Utilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implementing 4x660MW Super Critical Thermal Power from concept, development till commissioning and financial closure.
  • Essential quality shall be demonstrable execution skills and leading from the front-Completing the project within the budget and Schedule, assessing Capital Cost involved in execution with the world class standards using project execution & evaluation techniques and models.
  • Prepare estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project.
  • Co-coordinating the procurement activities – tendering and bid management, estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations etc. Identifying vendors on the basis of service, quality, handling negotiation, finalization and awarding of contracts for procurement of different equipment required.
  • Commercial arrangements for power sale.
  • Coordinating with State Government. Liaison with the concerned authorities such as MoEF, MoP, Railways, Airport Authorities, Irrigation  & Revenue dept. for obtaining clearances.

DGM/GM (Mechanical):
Job Description:

  • Fair understanding of the proposal and basic engineering for Thermal Power Project.
  • Able to deduce the BOQ of the project and should be able to do a detailed costing of the project.
  • Able to interact with the suppliers and get the techno commercial offer for the same.
  • Able to evaluate the tenders for various packages of EPC.
  • Able to coordinate with EPC and Owner’s engineers on design aspects.
  • Complete Knowledge on the QA and QC of all the packages.
  • Ability to appoint consultant for finalizing and DPR etc
  • Able to study and give the technical inputs for various clearances required for the project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To do the proposal basic engineering for the Thermal Power Project in mechanical engineering.
  • To discuss and finalize the design documents from the EPC and suppliers.
  • To give the entire costing in details with project schedule and phasing of expenditure at the bidding stage.
Desired Profile:
  • Should have 16 to 20 years of experience in design, engineering and execution of Thermal Power Project.
  • Should have sound knowledge in the Super Critical Technology.
  • Experience of working out costing of the projectExperience of working out costing of the project.
  • Good knowledge of the various vendors in equipment supply.
  • Sound knowledge of the Technical aspects in various packages.
  • Should have executed at least one thermal power project and should have sound knowledge preparing of QA/QC.

General Manager /Chief General Manager (Commercial & Contracts):
Desired Profile:

  • Graduate (BE/BTECH) with MBA.
  • 15 to 20 years experience in the commercial aspects and contracts I the infrastructure sector.
  • Should have proven expertise in drafting MoUs, Heads of agreement, Major contracts like PPA, FSA etc.
  • Should be able to do a risk analysis of the contracts.
  • Experience in Commercial and Contract agreement from reputed industry One with support structure.

DY Manager/Manager (Business Analyst):
Job Description:

  • Should have the fair understanding of the business in the energy sector.
  • Good understanding of the financial modeling.
  • To study the energy sector for Benchmark operating parameters.
  • Ability to do all case#1,case#2 biddings and in addition acquisition analysis.
  • Developing the business plan and reports for the strategic investment in the sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To do business analysis scenario analysis acquisition analysis and representing the same through financial model and reports etc.
  • Keeping track of various development  in the acts, rules  and policies related to the energy sector.
Desired Profile:
  • Should have 4 to 6 years experience.
  • Should have sound knowledge of all regulatory and rules.
  • Should be able to develop financial modeling  with various inputs and sensitivity analysis in excel etc.
  • Should have fair knowledge across the industry for evaluation of competitors.
  • Should have fair understanding of the standard bidding guidelines and should be able to do all activities of complete bidding process.
  • Should be able to create the reports, presentations etc for the sectoral development required etc.

SR. Manager (Liaison-Teesta-1):
Job Description:

  • Coordination with different Govt agencies and with HO as well statutory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To handle an liaison and other Administrative works at Gangtok.
Desired Profile:
  • Should have 12+ years experience.
  • Priority to the person, who has good exposure to liaison work with Govt departments in Sikkim .
